Thanks. I had looked at this and was only able to find information on setting
up Xinerama, which is not what I am looking to do. I only want a display
on my LCD which is cloned to an external CRT, the problem I am having is
that the crt is being driven at 640x480@60Hz. I would like to to run
at the LCD's resolution (1400x1050) at the best refresh rate the monitor
can handle, 74Hz.
