[ltp] PCMCIA Zoom modem trouble

Otis,        I'm using a Zoom Telephonics V.92 (model 3075) PCMCIA modem and
it works fine on RH9 v2.4.20.9.  It is using IRQ11 as well but I had to make
some BIOS changes using PS2.exe because of other conflicts, with IR I
believe.  I have both IRQ 10+11 assigned to "PCI IRQ".
