[ltp] Hey, IBM: Mwave DSP binaries license?

This message is addressed to any suitably placed IBM employees
reading this list.

I have realized that the Mwave driver package for Linux doesn't
contain any information about the license that covers the DSP
binaries.  These obviously aren't licensed under the GPL since
they don't come with sources; so what is the license on the DSP
binaries?  Debian needs to know.

Can I have a statement from IBM that these binaries are freely
distributable?  That would be good enough for Debian to package
them.
