[ltp] fan noise : upgrade from gflrx 3.7.6 to 3.9.0

Hi,

I was runing fglrx 3.7.6 on my 2.6.6 kernel (Debian/Sid on a R50). It
was working fine (less noise than with the radeon driver).

I'm now using 2.6.7, and had to update fglrx to 3.9.0 (problem with
agpart_be.c). Now my fan seem to be always on ...=20

Any suggestions ? Same problem ?=20
