[ltp] T41 Poweroff and TVOutput

hi,
you can use atitvout to get tv out working.
this command works for me: atitvout -f t
and atitvout -f l brings it back to lcd.
But wait up to 10 sec till the picture arrives on TV!
The Poweroff, hmm try APM, it works fine, ACPI is still a problem.
