| Hi!
|
| Could you send me the .config files for the kernel aswell? And maybe
| also a list of patches you did to the kernel
|
| Thank you in advance,
| Damian.
|

okay here i copied some patches including X11config, but with
fontserver) to:
http://www.stud.uni-karlsruhe.de/~unatk/patchset2.6.7.tar.bz2
I made a howto file (of course in bad english *g*)
containing:
you need to get vanilla 2.6.7 kernel sources
swsusp2 latest version
acpi bugfix release for 2.6.7
some airo.c patches (bk10 and Fabrice patch)
I compiled some things as modules:
/etc/modules/
#af_packet
#AGP Stuff
agpgart
intel-agp
#CPU freq governors
cpufreq_performance
cpufreq_powersave
#LAN Card
e100
#Kernel Module for Radeon
radeon
#USB Devices
uhci-hcd
usb-storage
#ACPI
#thermal
battery
#non cisco vpn
tun
#synaptics special
joydev #synaptics support, disable usb support in thinkpad bios
to use bootsplash in swsusp 2 you should have bootsplash from debian
mentors installed information here:
http://softwaresuspend.berlios.de/wiki/DebianUnstable
and you need the suspend script from here:
http://download.berlios.de/softwaresuspend/suspend-script-0.94.tar.gz
(it needs some time to tweak your config files, i am using a very
outdated but working 0.90).
greets
fritsch
