[ltp] Latest BIOS update on T41 running my fan faster

I've had this unit since the beginning of June so it still quite new.
The only things that make the fan loud compiling kernels and other such
compute intensive tasks.  Also, I'm using APM and not APCI.  APM's
suspend-to-ram suits my uses very well.
