Well, I'm currently quite busy so not so much new information.
I'll have to contact the acpi guys to dig somewhat deeper into the DSDT stuff.
I just found out, that the APIC in the T40p is not used by acpi, dunno why (If 
I enable it in the kernel), the shutdown does not work, however.
Strange...
