[ltp] X21 Internal modem device address

I have a X21 with a Lucent internal modem that I can
plug directly into, rather than attempting to use an
external modem through the serial port of the ultrabay
(which cannot be done after 4 weeks of tyring).

What device address should I be using for the internal
modem since Linux does not automatically detect the
internal modem?
