[ltp] lock terminals by bringing the lap into sleep mode

I'm prompted for the password coming out of hibernation, but YMMV on
different models.

You can edit the scripts in /etc/init.d/apm (I need to verify this when
I get home) to automatically invoke whatever utility you settle on. -C
