It only specifies whether internal display should be on/off. It doesn't
specify what to do when you switch off internal display using Fn+F7.=20
If external resolution it bigger it uses virtual screen - it still shows
at LCD resolution and scrolls.
You can change resolution using xrandr - it will change resolution. But
it not moved KDE panel (it was invisible) so it is unusable for me.
But it seems good - allows higher external resolution with dynamic
switching.
