[ltp] T41 high-pitched noise

Hello!
I have a similar problem, but with a thinkpad T22. This high pitched noise=
=20
occurs when:
a) the ac is plugged in
b) when the thinkpad has been turned off, after running XP

For a while, I thought this problem was related to wol, but the sound stop=
=20
when connected to lan and disconnecting from AC. This noise does sometimes=
=20
disappear when I turn off the computer after running linux (Fedora, Cobind,=
=20
Suse - I=B4ve tried several distros).

IBM support have no ideas and call the thinkpad "faulty".
