[ltp] Poor Battery life of T40 (2379-D5U)

Well usually when i run on battery i have the screen dimmed either 2 or 4 
from the brightest, I dont think windows is dimming it more than that.

Also: the dimming on windows seems to give a considerable amount of battery 
(maybe an hour?) where as linux is nearly 30 mins. :\
