[ltp] TFT backlight "tipical issue" in R40

The R40 series (almost 2681-HSG) button that power off the TFT
backlight is defective and tends to fail.  The effect is that TFT
backlight doesn't works.  With the Hardware Service Manual is easy to
fix the button problem.
