Good quality memory can also be had from Mushkin. I believe it is rated
better than the Kingmax.

The 1 GB PC2700 module is currently $245. Go to www.mushkin.com and
click on Laptop Memory.

Not all of their SO-DIMMS are there though. I sent their sales folks an
email about some 1 GB memory for the T40 (PC2100) which they had for a
little over $200.
