Does it resume with 2.6.8.1 but without ibm-acpi loaded? It shouldn't
affect the way suspend/resume works. On my X40 I can't resume with
2.6.8.1 either but 2.6.7 (plus ACPI-20040715) works fine, so I'm stuck
on that version until I find the time to debug it further.
