Thanks for the quick response. I am trying to compile 2.6.7 with ACPI
20040715 and swsusp2 (2.0.0.100, .102, .103). All of them fail with the
following message:

drivers/acpi/pci_link.c:321: error: structure has no member named
`setonboot'
