[ltp] New ATI 3.12.0 drivers - seem to be worse than 3.9.0

I've always done it just by compiling them into the kernel or not. I
don't know if there is a way to choose the appropriate ones at boot
time. As a side note, TV out is still horrendously broken under Arch
Linux on my T41p.

When set to clone mode, I get garbage on the screen and my TV loses
sync. In dual head mode, everything works fine - but I don't want a
double wide desktop!
