[ltp] DVI out on T42p - how to make it work?

Hi,


Option "MonitorLayout" "TMDS, LVDS" 

did work for me. I got X cloned on both DVI and LCD panel. I can
dock/undock and  it worked as expected.  I can even ACPU suspend to
RAM (S3) and awake up and I can connect to DVI again (as long as I do
awaking up outside dock). I haven't tried hibernation yet.
