I got my last one (For an A20p) direct from IBM UK...

Admittedly my UK kbd spacebar had died, but since that happens a lot to 
me, I just ask for a US keybd when they ring, and they send it right 
out... IIRC they're only £40 even if it's not a warrenty replacement...
