[ltp] Disabling Host Protected Area

Hi

I am probably missing something trivial - but even after disabling HPA
in BIOS of my R40 2722 I *still* cannot write to those sectors.

Disk size changes in fdisk/cfdisk, but that's about it. Access attempts
time out with nasty errors filling up my S.M.A.R.T. log, which looked
scary. The hdd is OK, it is just the HPA causing trouble.

I just enabled protection in BIOS again, disk shrunk and no trouble
since, but I would like the 4 GB back. Any hints?
