modprobe orinoco_cs ?

But recent hotplug scripts would load that for you of course.. "cardctl
eject; cardctl insert; tail -f /var/log/messages" ?

hostap.epitest.fi: hostap works for all prism chipsets I have seen so
far, you need to compile the module (but not your kernel of course).
