[ltp] New ATI drivers

I think there are different possibilities, my laptop shows a garbled screen
after resuming and it's hanging. If I suspend in console mode I can resume
perfectly, but when I changed to X, I see the gabled screen again and the
laptop is hanging....
(I tried to resume with fglrx 8.10.19)
