Well all I can say is that with onsite support, and at least 7 fault
calls, an IBM engineer has *never* replaced screws with new ones on
my T40; and that other parts of the IBM site don't mention this for
changing customer-replaceable parts like the mini-PCI cards, which
I've done several times without any screw looseness afterwards - they
just say put the screws back in.
