[ltp] Dynamically enabling usb ports on Dock II

	I can now dock and undock my T42p from my Dock II, which is a 
nice new feature, but I can't seem to any of the external ports or 
peripherals recognized by acpi or otherwise, unless I cold boot the 
laptop while docked. I've tried removing the associated modules for 
usb that I use, and re-inserting them, but the ports just aren't seen. 

	Is there some trick here I'm missing?
