Doesn't matter. Associating with the strongest unencrypted WLAN cell
(MODE=managed, ESSID=any, KEY=off) is the default configuration. As soon
as the driver is loaded the card will be set into that mode. ONBOOT=no
just means that the interface won't automatically send out a DHCP
request or be assigned static IP information.
