[ltp] Shutdown a ThinPadR51 doesn't work.

I had this problem too when using Mandrake 10.1 with kernel 2.6.8-12mdk, 
then I upgraded it to 2.6.8-24mdk and now everything is fine.

If you are not using Mandrake, try to look at the ChangeLog notes from 
release 12mdk to release 2mdk to see what has been done (or simply use a 
newer kernel!).
