Hello,
What is the lowest frequency set by windows ? Intel specs say : Under 
600 Mhz, powersave is ridiculous.
My cpu (T42 : Pentium M 1,7 Ghz 'Dothan') fluctuates between 45 °C and 
50 °C when not under load (when I'm reading a web page for exemple).
