[ltp] Bios upgrade, where to download

I want to download a bios-update for my T22. Unfortunately I can't access the 
appropriate website, I just get the following website:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/license.do?filename=mobiles/spsd1632.exe#

I can click whatever I want, I the site just reload (tried with konqueror and 
Firefox).

I googled and I'm downloading my file very slowly  (1kb/s) from 
http://www-900.ibm.com/cn/support/download/attachment/JWUU-4YM6VY/spsd1632.exe

Just hoping, this isn't an fake site...
