[ltp] ibm-acpi 0.11 compilation problems with Fedora devel 2.6.13-rc5... and Mandrake 10.2

I had a similar problem in Mandrake 10.2, kernel 2.6.12.2 with 
acpi20050729 patch. The solution worked as well.

I certainly hope it won't break anything. ;-)
