[ltp] considering t43p... is the.. low-end HP/Compaq OK

Well, I don't quite agree about the comments on Samsung machines. Several of
my friends have them, and ALL of the machines share a problem with the
pivot connceting its screen and keyboard: after sometime of use it become
very hard to open/close. Also, samsung laptops has a poor thermal design.
