If your a pc or laptop dealer, it helps a sale if its got a ms licence 
sticker on it assuming its got ms software installed.
 So it "Needs" to be as good as when it originally  was applied
 Do you follow?
therefore if one is removing a label it cant be done with anything as 
primitive as a knife however sharp it might be,
