  The T43 seems to have just the same hardware as my R52 (1846-4CG,
with ATI X300) in a smaller/lighter/slicker package. Everything I use
works here: haven't tried yet the 56k modem and the TV out, but I can
read and burn CDs and DVDs, I surf both wirelessly and wired, I use a
Bluetooth phone and so on. I use Ubuntu breezy with very small tweaks,
the only thing I compiled from source is ibm_acpi 0.11, just to be
able to control the fan, everything else is from packages.
