[ltp] HDAPS theft alarm

Hi,

Since the last time the HDAPS theft alarm script was mentioned here,
it gained some useful features such as automatic activation according
to the (KDE) screensaver lock, indication of armed state using the
system LEDs and ThinkLight, a grace period when you open the lid (so
you can type in the screensaver password), a brief warning before the
loud alarm, and a state machine that tracks recent history and tries
to do the Right Thing. All optional, of course. There are also many
ideas for further improvement (at the bottom of the page), if anyone's
interested in joining in.
