No, seriously, I didn't look into this problem further because I mainly
suspend and resume. But then this either didn't work. I think because I
disabled intel-agp.ko because of these messages of fglrx:
[fglrx] Internal AGP support requested, but kernel AGP support active.
[fglrx] Have to use kernel AGP support to avoid conflicts.
[fglrx] Kernel AGP support doesn't provide agplock functionality.
[fglrx] AGP detected, AgpState = 0x1f000217 (hardware caps of chipset)
Now I enabled intel-agp.ko again and just successfully resumed. I'm not
really sure if this solved my resume problem.
If the X-restart-problem further exists it doesn't hurt me too much to
switch back to Xorgs driver.
