[ltp] R40 Hangs during post cd detection and blinking caps lock

Good news here (at least for me). Lid on my R40 got broken.
Because I thought it was not my fault I went to service. They
accepted my unit and asked if other things work. I said that
machine sometimes refused to boot. I was told that I have
buggy motherboard and that they'll replace it. The interesting
part is that they said you *don't* have to have warranty for
this (I still have).

I haven't seen any hangs for ~month...
