[ltp] 600e PIII upgrade under linux

Nothing yet on the speed step Bert.   Someone has a hardware hack, but it=
 is=20
intermitent.

But my 660e is running reliably at 648 mhz and that is more "second wind"=
 then=20
I ever thought I could get.   I have a T30 for serious work, but I still =
love=20
the keyboard and light weight of my 600e.
