[ltp] PATCH: radeon LCD plus DVI support

Alex,

Can you give me a bit more information? Should I be patching against
Xorg 6.8.1, 6.8.2 or cvs HEAD?

I will try this shortly, (an attempt with the binary drivers) in a moment
