In the kernel bugzilla I announced that I am going to collect the reports.
So far there are two negative reports, which I put into the comments. Once
we have some overview over where it works and not we'll see how to
proceed. For reference:

Note: The "video=radeonfb:force_sleep" kernel command line parameter
enables the S3 patch even if your model is not yet in the whitelist.
