if you are using mergedfb try
Option "MergedXineramaCRT2IsScreen0" "true"
that will switch which head the drivers announces as screen0 for
psuedo-xinerama.
you can also try swapping the order:
Option "CRT2Position" "LeftOf"
then the CRT will be the first head.
