[ltp] ATI fglrx update nearing

Hi everyone.


Just wanted to create some suspense:

Seems that a major update for ATI's fglrx driver is scheduled to be
released next Monday (17th January):

Among the expected features are support for Xorg 6.8 and AMD64.


Version number is planned to be 8.8. That's because it is said to share
the same codebase as the Windows catalyst driver.


The following patch may be needed for 2.6.10:

No guarantees of course, but anyone waiting for an update should
probably give the ATI website a try next week.
