Just in case this helps....
Remember that Li-ion batteries have a fixed number of charge/discharge
cycles - in the low hundreds. If you're draining your battery each time, rather
than staying on the charger, your battery is likely worn out after 6 months.
I try to stay on the charger unless I'm actually on the road. And when on the
road I recharge as often as possible - full battery discharges wear it out faster
than smaller ones.
My A21p still has about 75% of the capacity it shipped with 4 years ago! But then,
I don't travel much these days. It's mainly in the docking station.
