[ltp] Wiki for IBM thinkpad linux stuff

Hello,

I had the idea of installing a Wiki on my webpage to work on issues like 
getting a fully working power management  together, but maybe a better 
place would be having something like this on www.linux-thinkpad.org. I am 
not sure whether it is possible to have a Wiki on www.linux-thinkpad.org 
in short time.

What do you think? I can put a Wiki on my homepage quite quickly. Later 
one we can still move it to a more prominent place.

I think a Wiki would be good for these kind of things as its not easy to 
follow several threads with lots of e-mails just to find a solution for 
power management on Thinkpads, or 3D gfx or whatever.
