Here is something that may sound weird, but it affects some systems
built around the time of the 600s. What color is the disk and who
manufactured it? Some lasers will not read certain disks. This does
not happen with the A/T/X/R series because they use a different type of
laser, which was changed after the problem was found. I recommend using
a different brand of disk.
