[ltp] Isthere a T41 or T42 model which NEVER has ACPI drain problems ???

I am now trying the script... 10 minutes of sleep resulted in a ~1200mW
calculation. This is less than 5W some people are reporting, but others
say they achieve 300mW so there seems to be a lot of room for improvement
for me.

Frankly speaking, I am quite confused. There is a myriad of patches
around and I don't know which ones to apply.

I understand I should apply the whitelist and the other patch.
there's also the radeonstuff patch, should it be applied as
well or does it cover the above patches?
Also, do I have to use radeonfb? If so, can it be compiled as
a module? As far as I remember, with radeonfb bootsplash wasn't
working...
