My fan work correctly.  It seems to have 4 level.  It stay on level 3
all the time making lot of noise, and when it reach 90 C it switch to
level 4.   (level 1 being 0 rpm)

I'll call Lenovo technical support tomorrow and until that
scaling_max_freq at 1200000.
