Mine Laptops battery is a R40 Battery with design capacity of 57,6 Wh
and now after 2 years it still has 45Wh (78% of design) which powers the
laptop for about 4,5h (new 6h) in Windows and 3h (new 3.5h) in Linux.
There were about 140 charge cycles. I never let it drop below 3% of
capacity and when I am not using it, I discharge it to 70-80%. That's
the trick ;-)
