If your PC is not a production station, you can install xorg 6.8.2
from the unstable (sid) distribution. Of course the unstable distro is
unstable, so expect something possibly broken.

Suggestion: if you use udev don't install the newest version in sid
unless you use a 2.6.12's series kernel; if you use udev and
kernel<=2.6.11 put udev on hold with the following command (until a
kernel-image-2.6.12 will be available)

echo udev hold | dpkg --set-selections
