basically I'm trying to separate the crtc set up from the output
setup, so you can map either crtc to any output.  Currently I'm
focuing on getting LVDS plus internal TMDS to work simultaneously,
however, I don't have a device that has that setup, that's why I need
testers.  the code also has experimental tv-out support, but that is
not yet functional.  I'll tackle that after I get output mapping and
LVDS+TMDS working 100%.

The patches are against xorg cvs and will be included once they are
working 100%.
