[ltp] IBM T42 Burn Speed.

Hi,

    I have a T42 with fingerprint reader. I think this one is new enough 
to have a better recognized Burner. k3b reports that I can only burn at 
8X. No more. Looking at the documentation, this PC looks like should 
have a 16x burner.
